383 motor in the runner.

Had a hell of a time putting the bolt's in the K member on the motor mount's. My new oil pan was hitting the cross link under their and could not get the motor to drop down enough. But after a lot of giggle and wiggle. And cussing finely got them in. Just an old 383 but should make around 400 hp. as stated before.

Keep an eye on that thermostat water outlet.
We haven't had any luck with those chrome aftermarket style.

All around a good day for sure. Just to get the motor in is a reward. Makes me think it all has been worth the effort to restore this old runner. Thanks for all the comment's and a grate group of guy's. Nice to have a go to group to bounce ideas off of. At least I am not a lone and have a pool of knowledge to pull from. :thumbsup:
