What kind of hp will I get out of a 1967 440 bored 30 over, 440 sources stealth heads out of box, 440source diamond 10.5 compression and a 525 lift comp cam.

Type of carb, intake, headers etc......?

You would do better to find a different intake, if you read the hot rod mopar big block intake manifold shootout that intake was one of the lowest performers. I would say around 400hp, the exhaust manifolds will hold you back as well.

Assuming everything is done right and staying very general - anywhere between 400 and 450 horsepower assuming the heads are not trash out of the box and the machine shop isn't in the stone age.

My 440 with TTI headers, stock heads, Edelbrock Performer intake and Edelbrock 800 CFM carburetor (not sure of the cam, but not stock) produced 400 HP. This winter I changed to ported Indy EZ-1 heads, roller cam, Indy port matched intake and stroker kit to bump displacement to 500 cubic inches and it should produce over 600 HP. Hope to have it on the dyno February 2015.

We did not dyno mine but my mechanic thought we in excess of 500hp. Similar mods in magazines were around 536-537

Is this the Magnum 305 cam? If so its not going to do well with the manifolds. I'd get a different intake or run a stock intake over that Offy. Post cam duration @ .050 numbers and we can give you a better idea of how much to expect.
