512 with 440-1 heads. Dyno Results are in

Just an FYI. Since I have an alterkation front end in my car. The TTI 400SR-218 headers for a standard exhaust location fit my car with the raised port 440-1. You do need a mini starter though. Mine came from Mopar and it “just clears”. It is tight but will work.
Also found that these headers fit the 440 with a standard head as well. Same issue with the starter though.
Truthfully they fit and clear better than they did when I had the EZ head on my 400.
May be useful info for someone.
I also put a set of offset lifters in the motor to get the pushrod straighter on the intake side. Turns out my Jesel lifters have almost the same cup height as the offset Comp lifters I will now use. Pushrods will work fine. Only about a 1/2 turn difference between the 2. So that was a win.
Also got the right end cap on the oil pump to clear the rack. Lots of room now.
Wilson now has my intake. Hopefully it is finished in the next 2-3 weeks.
The snow can’t go away fast enough.

With the snow we have I’ll need more than ice tires LOL.

Not much snow over here Wooks but it's colder than a well diggers *** today. -42 with the windchill this AM. The coldest damn days always show up whenever I'm going to paint something..

Wilson is supposed to have my manifold done by next weekend they tell me.
I’m curious to see what they all did to it.

I got a buddy with one of their ported manifolds and a billet elbow. I’m too poor for that kinda bling!!

This may be the biggest waste of $$ I’ve spent. Only 94 days till first test and tune to fine out.
I’m worse than a kid at Christmas.

Yeah. Need an aftermarket block for sure with that much spray.
That’s a lot of juice there. LOL.

So sometimes dragging your feet pays off. Found a mega block, so decided that since the 440-1’s only have dyno time, I’ll save them for when I get this mega block together. So put the cam out of my 440 backup and the EZ heads on the 512.
Had this cam in the 512 before. The other EZ heads I had that cracked made 840 HP with this cam.
So hopefully with these EZ’s that are not ported as much and that Wilson Manifold, it will be close to 800. Not gonna dyno. Just gonna put it in the car and it runs what it runs.
Long day swapping over. I’m beat.

I thought they were both referred to as Mega. My mistake.
Thanks for the correction.

Just wondering is that wilsons plenum port and port match?
I have an intake I'm getting ready to send to them for the above. I went with the Super Victor vs the Indy. Gives me a tad more clearance with no drop off in performance.
