Ok, I had to rush through this salvage yard to get a part for my 65 Belvedere (before they locked me in) and I saw this 72ish Satellite Wagon. It's a pretty rusty car in rough shape, but it is a big block wagon. Anyway, I first noticed it because of the front end, it appears to have a factory chrome (stainless steel?) cap on the front edge of the fenders and hood. I have never seen this on a Plymouth, let alone a Satellite. Anyone ever seen one of these?

Nope...never seen that before. JC Whitney?

It really looks factory, perfectly formed to the fenders/hood and it even had holes for the hood letters. I will go back when I have more time to look it over.

It's got an alarm system, too.
