Can't leave much of a response in feedback forum

For the last couple of months, when I try to type in a feedback rating an error code comes up saying there is a 20 character limit. Used to be able to put in a decent sentence. At least I am trying to keep the system going even though hardly anyone else returns the favor lol. Anybody else running into that issue?

I have had the same thing happen to me....I wonder if that is putting people off from leaving feedback's at all? I guess I should have questioned it myself.

That's just for a SHORT review - for example: "Great Seller" - hence why it's titled "short review" (the Short Review is used as the title of the review) The Comment section is where you give details.

Hmmm. Thats not how I remember it from the past. The short review is what gets posted for everyone to see. You used to be able to leave a decent sentence. Isn't the comment section for moderator viewing only?
