I’ve completed my 4 wheel disc brake conversion and cpp master cylinder installation. All new brake lines, cpp master includes proportioning valve. Should I resuse the original distribution block to tie in the front disc brakes.

Wouldn't this be a question for the Wilwood gurus? I would think their engineers would be more qualified to get you the correct answers. If I were to guess, I would say a distribution block would be better than a proportioning valve.
