Finally got my dream car

Great looking car. The 3.91’s will be fun. My 4.10’s are a hoot. Everyone passes me on the highway ... until I decide they don’t. Then they GONE.

This before I started on some updates. 295/50 15 on the rear and 245 60 15 upfront. The chrome rally wheels for the front just arrived this week. My neighbor has a lift :) I have the milling machine and lathe. Oh, 3.91 gears. 3500 rpm @ 70 mph . LOL

Oh man, is that salt residue on the tires??

Welcome from the show me state. That should be a bunch of fun!!

My 3.54s with the 18 spline a833 were nice. The 4.10s and the Passon Performance a855 5 speed are way way better!
To the OP:
The best B-body ever IMO, and the 440 will be a GREAT upgrade.
Enjoy your car and welcome to the forum!

Welcome.. I am getting ready to try out my Hotchkis, QA1, Borgensen combo here shortly... Love the 70 B-Bodies..

:welcome: aboard. Love those 1970's. Check the DOT numbers on the tires before you take her over 40 mph. Hate to wreck that sheet metal.

The down side of 15" wheels is the limited choices. The Goodrich T/A is only S (112mph) rated

Love it! My first b-body was a 70 Satellite Burnt Orange 383/335hp, 4sp, dana 60 3.54. Wasted many 396/427 shitvys AND 440 mopars. That 383 loves to rev 7k or more. Save the 440 for a station wagon! Stroke the 383 to 426 plus or build it as a 383. Rotating assembly for a stroker is not any more expensive than a RB assembly. 383 also weighs less. Stroked B block to 426 will make 30-40hp more than an RB 426.
