I would like to replace all the wiring under the hood. The issue I’m facing is where should I begin? I know battery cables first but all others? Is there any wiring harnesses out there already cut to length with connector ends terminated?

M&H has nice ones too, I think you may only get those thru Year One. I’ve used both and like them both.

I'd like to know if there's a part number on that 'U' shaped hose connected to the heater valve. Can't find one anywhere.

Those hoses are avail as reproduction, year one and Mancini etc.
