I just so happen to be one of those people of whom you speak.
Looking at 71 years old and in relatively good health, but just don't have the energy and mobility to do things I did just 5 years ago, which is very frustrating!
So as others have said, enjoy every day while you can.
I'm still working part time and finishing up things on my Roadrunner, just not like in years past.

Crawling under a car is not as easy as it use to be when we were younger and thinner. LOL!
