Not sure why I can't edit my orginial thread but I wanted to try to make a fairly complete list that would be updated.

Oil pan and pick up.....Charlies oil pans, Milodon and XV motorsports also Bouchillon and Mancini
Oil block off plate only needed if desired....45degree adapter is used if you want to use the factory k frame
Motor mounts.....TTI and get the poly locs from Shumacher creative services
Electrical.....the door is wide open, ISIS, Ron Francis, Painless, so on
Cooling.....the door is again wide open
Exhaust......XV, TTI, or custom----how fat is your wallet lol
Trans......adapter plate for the 727/904, 545rfe, 4,5,6 speed----wallet is damn near empty lol
Fuel.....Tanksinc, rockvalley, Rick'shotrodshop, custom, Aeromotive, Holley, FAST, etc.

There are many options now compared to when I did this almost 7 years ago so do some searching and youl be surprised at the stuff available to do this swap.
 
Same here--quite useful. I understand plumfloored sells a DIY kit but it's nice to see other options out there. Since there's a nothing but sunshine where my Charger's small block used to be, this is of particular interest to me, as soon as I am finished with the body, the suspension, the brakes, and the interior. Oh, and that tiny chip in the windshield. ;)

Hey guys I will have some free time this weekend to finally update the OP with all this great info.
 
Here are some things I did to save money on my 6.1 swap into my 70 challenger convertible.......grafted a ford tiempo sump and sender into my stock tank...used a walbro in tank pump....took some cutting and welding but worked great and looks stock".......dual fans from a Chrysler Sebring (96) fit the stock radiator like a glove.......also am selling a spare 6.1 hemi. Check classifieds
