So the main wire/feed from the starter relay to the harness/block on the fire wall needs to be replaced. The pin connector (male connector) rotted off that goes into the electrical block on the wall. I was able to remove the remnants of the pin with needle nose pliers. The rest of the male ends appear fine. They just need cleaning and dielectric lube as do the female ends on the fire wall block.
Any suggestions on how to remove the wire from the connector so that I can stall 1 new wire/end?
Top left prong is gone/rotted of.

Pull the foam seal. You have to squeeze the male spade and push it out. It has a barb that locks in.

The large battery and alternator wires can be tough to pull out. They usually have a black insulation around the crimp area that tight in the connector shell, and might have been melted to the shell if overheated. Ince the tang side is pushed in with a small screwdriver or pick, just need to pull the wire hard to get it to release. The smaller wires usually just slip out as they are looser in the connector where the crimp is and the wire comes out.
I think aftermarket shells are around $15 if needed?

Thank you. we got it out and my buddy had the correct male spades... Car is running great. I also just had the carb rebuilt.
Love this car.... When it is not giving me mental breakdowns...
