If the crank mags and is not a fuel crank you could go for it. Thing by the time you separately get the rods and pistons you might be able to buy a nice balanced rotating kit. Then sell off what you most likely will not use. What heads and valve train do you have?

Looks like if you want a shelf piston for a 4.505 bore, they are all for 4.15 stroke, a 528.
The 477 pistons I found are the wrong bore/stroke.

What is the history of the cranks? (any possible cracking/damage) If CCW and known good I would use but also like rpm.

Maybe could offset grind? Any goals? (hp, max rpm?)

Probably best chance off the shelf to use your 3.75 crank is a 7.1 rod and a piston for 6.86 rod 4.15 stroker 4.5" bore. Next challenge would be getting a rod that 7.1" for the hemi piston pin size or .990 piston to go w the .990 rod. But I thinks doable.
Should be a fun build. For starters... look at diamond 52565 pistons and Manley or Molnar rods.

I run a 4.505 bore with a 4.150 crank with 7.100 rods in my 529 Hemi.

If you can't find a rod/piston combo to work with the Kellogg cranks you have, sell 'em all and get what you need, or bite the bullet for custom pistons with off the shelf rods from Manley/Molnar as mentioned above. I'm using Manley 6.847 rods and a 4.15 crank with a 4.5 bore block for 528"
