ACC has always done the rubber mats. The process is the same as molding a carpet mat other than the carpet material is replaced with a sheet of rubber. Due to the limited demand, the items are nonreturnable and they are not listed on the website. My ACC rep is a Mopar person owning over 10 Mopars and the ACC Vice President of Sales is a Mopar person as well, so it helps to have people who are in tune with the Mopar world working behind the scenes.
I just spoke to my ACC sales associate and she is sending me samples of the four colors available, black, blue, beige and gray. She said that the material has a small but distinct pebble grain texture to it.
Once the swatches arrive, I will post a picture of the sample material. The floor covering is left long on the sides and top so that you will have to trim them along the sill plate pinch weld and the firewall seam. Also, due to the stiffness of the vinyl/rubber, extra effort is required to assist the material to conform to the floor pan. You can use a heat gun to to warm the material and push into position and then take a hand towel submersed in ice water to "quench" the material into the desired position.
