I did a search and could not find anything. Lots of Amp meter delete but not voltage regulator delete. I am installing a serpentine set up on '67 Coronet with 383. It uses a late 90's early 2000 Dakota alternator. If I am not mistaken, this alternator is internally regulated. Does any one know what wiring changes I will need to do for this? Thanks in advance.

The Denso alternator used on them is externally regulated and is wired the same as the '70-later Mopar alternators. In later years there was no visible regulator, voltage regulation is taken car of in the PCM.

Thank you Dipstick. I'm assuming I should get a modern style regulator then?
