Just installed a NOS power steering pressure hose on the '72 Satellite Sebring Plus because I did not like the rebuilt hose I had made locally and neither did I like the threaded ends on the reproduction hose I found. The NOS hose seemed to weigh more than the repro hose as well. Paid a pretty penny, of course.
I was just wondering what kind of longevity other forum members have experienced with old, but never before installed radiator, heater, (brake?), and power steering hoses ? I wonder what kind of performance I should expect?
At least I performed a thorough p/s flush and installed a filter in the new return line.
