Window channel felt install

Well as it states I’m going to swap the felts on my 69 RR. Tried once years ago and failed miserably. Back at it again, what’s the tip here. I’ve got repo ECS glass and new wing window setups.

Door panel off, adjust regulator stop to get glass below the door edge. Pull the old felts off (I hoop a piece of wire around each tab and pull up) snap new ones in place.

OR... are you talking the vent frame slider mylar and H slider guides? If so fully covered in both my Bee and Superbird threads that are stickies.
