Plan is to degrease and repaint the block, heads, water pump, etc. engine looks like crap. Resto done by me almost 25 yrs ago.

I’ll be asking you guys plenty questions regarding component refinish colors over the next few weeks. Water pump coming out next as well as starter and headers.

Only 25 years,paint just doesn't last like it used to!
 
Ty chargervert. Hooker Super Comp headers coming off and original manifolds will be going back on.

Can't say I've ever seen the temp sensor in the water pump housing there before.

My ‘71 RR, I’ve had it since ‘84. All matching #’s 383/727. Autumn Bronze Metallic over white.
