up early?...... or up late?

Usually hit the rack around 0130 hours, little later if the wife is watching a show she likes. She is up at around 0800 hours, and I crawl out around 0930 hours, give or take a little. Much later than the 0430 hours wakeup I did for years. Even back then I would head for bed late, somewhere around 2330 hours. Didn't take too long to get out of that routine, although I think I got better quality sleep then. No power naps during the day, too many things to do.

I'm usually in bed 10-11pm. I'm usually awake at 4-6am. Really early today....another surgery this morning. I'm obviously dealing with some underlying anxiety.

he just turned 7, but still gets excited and rips a couple laps around the yard full speed.......

he will run straight at me, and I have learned to stand still as he runs right by me....... we've done this for years

last night about 2 o clock I let him outside and he got crazy for a couple of minutes....... he cut it a little too close, I think he got me with his ham head......

within 5 minutes it looked like this........ it hurt really bad for about 15 minutes...... it just kinda aches right now

that's not my knee........ that's my shin

Easter is coming up you can always just paint that egg!!! Hope it gets better as I walked into the end of my log splitter the other day but nothing like that!!

recovering from the crud thats going around, stuff is worse than covid, must be the new government issued population control test. got 3hrs last night sweating like a old fat guy in florida in august.

Know exactly what you're
experiencing.
Advice from the doc, ice
and elevation. They won't
cast it (if needed) if it's been
more than 24 hrs since the
initial injury unless a major
bone break is evident.
I broke 3 toes and five foot
bones after trying to punt
my floor jack in the dark.
No cast, but after mending,
I now have a deep (internal)
constant "itch" where the
worst break of my toes
occurred.
