Actually, I rarely ever drink and have not had a sip in at least a year.
I don't like the taste of most drinks but I do enjoy being a bit drunk. When I've been drinking, I get loud, I spout my opinions, I like everyone and I talk too much. I'm a completely different guy.

Champagne and orange juice. My wife, who is not a drinker per se, loves them. Our favorite restaurant offers them as a Sunday brunch feature, and women mob the place to get them.
