What did you do to your Mopar today?

Went to the JY, one I haven't been to in a while.

Had a 77 Cordoba. Got some trinkets P/W switch leads, mirror joystick nuts, etc...

Had a running 400, but missing the TQ 4 BBL.

Going back to buy the 400 and 727 complete with all accesories, pulleys, brackets and mounts and driveshaft~~~$500

Now I can begin "Project 451" Bwahahahaha!!!

Got home from being out of town for a week around 2 pm today. Fired it up and was on the road by 4:30. Had a nice ride put it away and it rained 30 min after I put it up.

Wired a light to turn on when my line lock is activated and installed a switch to go from the hot and cold temp sensors on my trans cooler lines.

Put some custom made emblems on the side of the 6pak hood scoop on my ride. approx 1" x 4"s majority says 493 under that is my license plate 1 MEAN66. made in mich. by Jeff Randall. If I wasn't so computer stupid I would send a picture, put have no idea how to get them from the phone into this thing so I can send them. Cars is pink (FM3) with satin black lift off hood (19lbs.) Waiting for the new bumpers to arrive. Factory's coming off (dented - and heavy) glas one's from Sled City going on. Will try and attach a picture of car if can. Could use some opinions on color for bumpers. Same as hood, Chrome paint (might look cheap), Silver, OR ?

Annual First spring ride

Went Hamilton,IL to Sullivan auctioneers preview.It was for their spring collector car auction.Some nice Mopars.Someone had alot of Buicks,Olds,&Pontiacs.Alot of nice rust free iron.Trying to get pics from phone.Dam thing never works,will download to 'puter and send lol:iamwithstupid:

dist. cap/rotor
new edelbrock carb.

yeah, the dead miss / rough idle is gone (for now). a couple of the plugs were really badly fouled so that certainly wasn't helping. Carb kept backfiring and running way rich, so I just plunked down the $ for a new one (didn't wanna deal with the what if's of trying to rebuild a really bad carb) and i noticed a difference right away - hopefully that also stops fouling the plugs.

Now I need to find the correct 4 bbl throttle linkage - when the previous owner converted it from 2bbl to 4bbl, he just Mcgyvered the TL to work with the 4bbl set up.

Made a trunk carpet mat for my 70 RR. Went to Lowes cut out a piece of black in-door/out-door carpeting. 6x7. Trimmed it to fit the way I wanted it to look. Works great. Cost $32.76. Have my "stock" trunk mat under it in case I want it to look original.

Picked up the gas for my new welder and some cleaning gel, extra roll of wire, ect... Things seem to be getting higher each time i replenish my garage stuff, im almost glad i have a small garage and don't do more cars then i do anymore.... almost sorry
