not another cam question...

Just wondering if anyone has run the edelbrock 7194 cam. I look for reviews and don't see any love for the cam...I would think it should run like the .509??

I already have the cam and dont like what I have in there now I just dont see one good thing posted about it. thanks

Ya...not sure why I didnt include that "minor" bit of info....rite about 9.5 to 1 , street dominator intake , holly 800 cfm , 3500 stall , gear is not picked out yet...906 heads bowl ported runner work both intake and exhaust valves over sized... springs set at 1.85 on seat @ 110 lbs 533 lift 1.342 open 350 lbs coil bind @ 1.315 seal to retainer .780 lift....( can you tell I just had head work done??) all head work done by old man Angelucci.....
 
What engine? Definitely a healthy grind that will want AT LEAST 9.5:1, plenty of initial timing and run strong in the mid upper end. Single plane intake will work great, but for the street I'd go smaller on the carb like a 750. I say 4.10 gears and hang on.
 
440 .30 over 3800 lb car .. should run like the 509??
 
I didnt think too many people ran this cam...
