Hi. Joined B Bodies because of the wealth of knowledge everyone has on our great old rides and enthusiasm to share it! Been restoring a 1968 Plymouth GTX (just garage fixes and updates). Beefed up the 440 with a 512 stroker kit, new interior and now ready for disk brakes all around getting rid of the drums and wanting to get some Coker 15 inch Magnum 500’s with B F Goodrich TA Radials, 15 x 8 all around maybe. Looking forward to your input and advice so I can get another Mopar on the road again. Thanks!

BIENVENIDO DESDE MÉXICO !!!:drinks:

Yes Sir! She sure looks good! Welcome to the forum. I'm restoring a 68 GTX also
from the ground up. Might need your help with some photos down the road to
figure how to put this dang thing together again!

Yes it’s Sable White, WW1. Got it from a guy at the Mopar Nationals in Columbus, Ohio late 80’s. It’s been on and off jack stands many times. This last time I spent a few bucks.
The Stuff -
Bored 30 over with 440 Source 512 stroker kit, Stealth Heads/aluminum roller rockers, Platinum Series 2618 T-6 forged pistons, forged 4340 steel platinum series crank(CNC machined, plasma gas nitrated, pre-balanced). Edelbrock performer Thunder series AVS 800 cfm carb / Performer RPM 440 dual plane intake, Comp Cams Xtreme Energy XE285Hl street cam, B&M Hole Shot converter, Manton pushrods, MSD electronic ignition. Oh ya, TTI 3 in headers / Dynomax mufflers. Burgundy Legendary Interiors upholstery. Tac and extra gauges.
Next - Wilwood disk brakes all around, Magnum 500 15 inch wheels and BF Goodrich 10 in 275 x 15 in back and 8 in 235 x 15 in front I think, maybe, who knows? First got to find a good brake kit that will allow the use of the Magnum 500’s with the bullseye center caps. Wilwood has a problem with that that dosen’t allow them at least on 15 inch Magnums.
Can’t get another pic to upload. Try later.

welcome to FBBO

looks/sounds like a nice 68 GTX,
from the 1 photo :poke:
