You want to use the Camaro/Chevy throw out bearing and Chevy throw out fork. To fit the throw out bearing over the input bearing retainer you need to have a machine shop take 40 thousandths off. For a pilot bushing I had to shop around and find one that fit the trans and work down the outer side to fit the crank.
 
I got the adapter, got the driveline cut but still stuck on the throw out bearing the id of the chevy bearing is bigger than the mopar
 
I used the throw out bearing for the Camaro I put the 18 spline Mopar into. I did have to have the Mopar bearing retainer machined down .040. If your bearing is bigger than what a Camaro or Nova bearing is not sure what you have then. Is your trans the 18 spline or 23 spline input shaft?
