Ok, Rooster has another question, what's the best way to remove a fiberglass patch?

Ok, the guy who had my car before me fiberglassed the trunk floor instead of dropping in a new trunk floor. I need to replace the cross rails and I want to fix the trunk floor. Is there a east trick out there to remove the fiberglass, or am I going to have to cut it all out and grind down edges?

Just curious.
Thanks,in advance Kevin.

Start grinding and sanding. Depending on what they used for fiberglass, aircraft stripper may soften it.

If the floor was glassed, cut it out to replace with a new metal pan.

Thanks, looks like I have some cutting to do I know AMD makes the pan and support rails.

cut it out and wear a mask
so you don't breath in the dust..
