huge acreage property, lakeside, not too deep but deep enough
with a stream preferably running thru or into & out of it
& huge dock & powerboats, not speed boats, fishing boats
the lake would be planted/stocked & filled with
Rainbow trout/Lake trout or German Brown or all 3
I'd have private caretakers/paid staff for all the animals, wildlife
cleaning up poop too
dogs, I'd be the guy with way too many dogs
maybe even a
rescue for dogs (labs & retrievers pref.) & horses maybe
fully staffed with their own building & acreage
*I love horses, I like cattle, *I love Bulls, I like pigs, goats, ducks & chickens
in a preferably secluded rural area, away from any other towns
10 miles min., 20+ miles if anywhere near a shitty
Maybe some crops for veggies, people/farmers to tend them
build a bunch of custom log house/s
for all the family, 1 for each kid & a big guest house for visitors
so 8 total at a min.
I'd build a track for the kids/grandkids/nieces & nephews
& their kids too
just to play with bikes, quads, motorcycles, sleds/snowmobiles etc.
my own OHV park close to home
maybe even a 2 lane 1/8 mile "all concrete dragstrip,
with timing tower & lights" & a 1/4 mile shutdown,
nice paved pit areas, to have shows & small organized private races
Maybe a 9 hole golf course & driving range, chip & putting greens, bunkers etc. too ?

I'd have a huge shop, 40,000+ sgft probably a tilt-up concrete
circular driveway, paved or concrete surrounding all of it
18ft tall ceilings with at least, 2 x 16' wide x 12' tall automatic roll-up doors
on either end drive-thru, with a couple smaller secured access doors
& several lifts, 2 & 4 posts
maybe an attached outbuilding off to the side, for my family's cars & storage
my cars will be in the main shop
An engine dyno & a chassis roller dyno too
an engine shop, assembly mainly (not a true/real machine shop)
& maybe even a CNC machine & Bridgeport mill & lathe
so I could tinker, teach the youngsters
several toolboxes, equipt with every tool you could ever need
Lots of natural lighting, skylights, lots of dual panes, opening insulated windows
so you could get air flowing thru any-time you wanted
& great nighttime lighting too, like it was always daylight
I have r-60-r120 insulated walls (where needed) 8"-12" concrete otherwise
covered in ledge stone, so it looks cool
& tall ceilings to accommodate any car/truck on the lifts
I'd have 'Big *** Ceiling fans' & a couple of 10 tone HVAC units,
kept at 72*s constantly
all generators/backup for emergencies when the power goes out
or even have my own hydro-electric power source/plant...
