I recently went through a scare myself. I second the advice of the mayo clinic in Rochester . I flew there from Tampa and it was the best decision I ever made.

She’s out, doc said everything looked normal in the upper, but they still need to find out what the fluid is and why it’s there. Should know something within next few days, going for an ultra sound tomorrow.
