I've been noticing the guys in their 50's early 60's seem to be passing at a rapid rate unfortunately
I'm in my early 40's. Years ago, a buddy said " you know, we are the first generation to grown up TOTALLY on fast food/corn syrup, I wonder how that's going to affect us"
Well, the guys in their 50/60's got alot of that too, but not from birth. The inflammation, poisons, and stresses on the body are enormous.
I changed my diet, and started eating coconut oil and good fats, and feel waay better. I pay for it if I eat more that 15 grams of carbs. I feel the pain/inflammation. Corn syrup has to be processed by the liver first, overloading it. One of the signs of a overworked liver, is severely cracked feet/heels. My mom had that, and died of liver cancer @ 45. 12 pack of coke a day.
