I stopped drinking when my kids were old enough to notice a difference. That was 30 years ago. I hate the taste of any alcoholic drink now. I'm addicted to Diet Coke now like a certain politician. I noticed when I was lit I was more friendly, much like KD is saying. I realized I didn't need to be drunk to be nice so I just improved my outlook overall. Unless I'm attacked then I can be a real SOB.

I’m always annoyed by how early the local Cars n Coffee is, so if there was a local thing later in the day I would go to that more often. But I mean local in my town, if it’s out of town then I still have to leave early to get there.
Can you tell I hate getting up early?

Me too. I spent my entire career getting up early despite a mind and body clock that always wanted to stay up late.
Now that I'm retired, I'm rarely up before 10:00 AM.

We did Burgers and B Bodies yesterday! It was a great time! There were 13 B body cars there, all of them were mine! Lol There were two A body cars,four E body cars and two modern Challengers as well as a white TRX Ram.

My main gig is the one in Morro Bay on Saturdays. Generally runs 8-10, sometimes till 11 depending on turnout etc. There is one in Pismo Beach/Arroyo Grande on Saturdays, runs 7-9ish due to its in a parking lot near a department store which opens at 10. Great turnouts for both.
