How did you get the lettering so crisp?
one technique I have found that works great for painting the lettering is to use the eraser on a #2 pencil.
Use a pencil with a new unused eraser and use it like an ink stamp works like a charm with a little practic.

Good idea, when I done the one on my 68 I hung it upside down so the white paint wouldn’t run downward into the black. It worked great. Gravity is a wonderful thing.

You can use a toothpick, dip the tip into the pain and get to coloring.

Your lettering look really good. I tried to do mine on my e body but I could never get it good enough to suit me so I ended up sending it out.

My wife is into crafting/scrapbooking, etc. I used one of her Posca paint pens. Amazon has them; Joggles has them. It was the 0.7mm tip. Afterward, I sprayed the whole bezel with a matte/flat clear to seal it.

Was a beautiful day today so just drove up and down the coast aimlessly until we passed Krispy Kreme then our mission was fulfilled.

Touched up the grille and got it back on the car. I also got the ignition wires on.

My to-do list is getting shorter every day…

Worked on rebuilding door hinges, aligning doors and AMD fenders. It’s a bear, might be over my head and need help with it.
