Whats up with Detroit Muscle Technologies / Mega kit

You started the thread discussing the Mega kit and ac/heater box gaskets and then mention bumper bracket gaskets. That's confusing.

I clicked on the link in post #1 and it's dead.

So, what all is supposed to come in the mega kit?

Everything for the charger but for non ac car. So no reply from Jim so I had to order 13 kits to make the Mega kit. And you know I missed something.

I wonder what is going on with Jim? He was always helpful and took the time to talk on the phone. Although it has been several years now since talking to him.

I’ve had all good experiences with Jim at DMT. It’s been 2-3 years since I’ve needed anything. More than once I asked about the fitment of things I received and he resent things that were not correct. In one case, the part advertised and sent was for a different trim level and he credited me the price and didn’t ask for the part to be sent back. The quality stuff I’ve received from them is really good.

I agree, that was always my experience in the past.... Which is why when I had issues in 22 I was shocked & I kept my mouth shut about it cause I figured it had to be an employee issue... But this thread made it clear I' not the only one who's had a different experience in recent times & I'd really like to have Jim be made aware of this thread so he can respond... But since I'm apparently blocked I can't be the one who does get his attention..

I agree, I helped with the 66 67 inner fender shields.. never heard a bad thing about them.
