I have a 400 stroker with the AE engineering Billet timing cover and stock alternator and power steering brackets. I would assume I want the 2 ring ATI for stock locations?

I hate to play 1000 questions, but this is my first build and I don’t want to buy the wrong parts. I have been hemorrhaging money into this thing lol. Thanks for all the input you guys have given so far, it’s helped a ton.

Andy says to use the 917122E so that's what I would go with. He made it to work with the stock balancer. Normally to be safe with a cast/billet cover you use the 917127E just to make sure it clears the cover but that might space it out further and then have pulley issues. You can always space out but not back for pulley alignment.

That doesn't mean that either one will give you proper pulley alignment. I have a 122E here if you need me to measure the thickness to the front pulley bolts.

It is common to have to hone aftermarket balancers to fit the crank snout. Mopar gives you a .001" range to work with (.0005"-.0015" interference) but ATI only gives you from .0007"-.0009".

What you would really want for pulley alignment according to the ATI catalog is the 917470E. It is supposed to line up with the pulleys. I feel because you have power steering this is a big deal. But will it clear Andy's cover? That's the $600 question. I totally understand hating the thought of buying it and it not fitting. These are the problems of life with aftermarket parts.
