I bet these two guys helped build a lot of Mopars back in the 60's.

I am guessing - the bigger one looks like the plant's Multiple Station check-off sheet and the smaller one below, could very well be the build sheet, you later find under the rear seat springs after the car leaves the plant. Hopefully, someone knows more about this.
