Today in the yard. My 2 youngest girls. The 18 yo in the middle truck removing the seat and my Chessie out trying to help.. I’m afraid she’s been bit! Loves the Mopar! The silver/ gray rusty roof Ramcharger came home on a flatbed the other day!

Thats my girl!

nice looking dog too :poke:

Her daily driver, the red one, needs an interior. She will swamp them over and then redo the silver one..the interior in the silver one is actually the in great shape. The seats and all the trim pieces.
However, one never knows what she’ll do! Heck, she swears she’s comin’ home with a first gen Cummings!
I taught her well!

Swap a Cummins into one of them and she will surely have something. If she plans on finding one that may be in her plans.

Never thought she’d actually get there.. we’ll see how well she puts the tools back!

love those Ramchargers, does the top come off?

Lucky dog! Love my 2 boys and they are both smarter about electronics and computers than I am about Mopars but I wish they were a little more interested. I am lucky to have a sizable group of friends that we share our passion with.

Good deal! I wish my son's shared my passion for cars. It's not always the case so you're a lucky man! 440'

My older son would run the other way if I had a wrench in my hand when he was in high school. He was working as an electrician for a while and a buddy of mine offered him a job at a German car shop. Today he works in a shop that is like the holy grail of car stuff. His fabrication skills seem to just come natural. Cool when the kids have interests we parents can relate to. This is a picture I took last visit to his shop

Cool trucks. I had a Ramcharger. I regret getting rid of it.

Proud Papa, deep down you're smiling.
Thanks and not even deep down! She’s crazier than a dog shot in the *** with kibbles and bits! I howl all the time! What’s really scary is she’s almost 19, does paint and body work, has her certification for welding and she wants to redo my charger! The scary part.... I’ll probably let her! She’s that good at it. I would have never guessed it going into high school. She’d been a ballet dancer and all that stuff. Talk about switching gears!

Only up to 1980. The Ramcharger guys like the 1980 yr 'cause it is the last year for removable top and the first for factory manual hubs. The first wave of SUV fever began with around 80 with the sales numbers for full size Broncos going up, so the redesign in '81 included a fixed roof. Stayed that way through the end in '93.

OP- nice truck collection. Have fun with your kid!

That’s what she’s looking for next! She wants the removable ramcharger top!

She'll need 2 or 3 friends. It is a three person job, minimum. They are heavy. They do look insanely cool with the roof off. Early doors are frameless, later ones are not. Rig up a boat winch, couple pulleys and some solid construction for a lift. Maybe adapt a Jeep CJ one.
