Hey Riverdawg,Looking at these pictures of me.I need to loose some weight from my fat ***,Its hard to do when all you think about where we going to eat next.I have about forty hours left on my build .Thanks for taking a peek. Dave L

Zack,
When I see all that masking you had to do on Dave L's bezels you must have thought you hit the lottery when I said I wanted to leave mine polished....lol. I'm late to this post but am enjoying it very much. I, too, have a helpful/understanding wife that makes everything easier and more enjoyable. Only took me 3 tries to find her....

Try 440 Source > http://www.440source.com/ Last time I checked they were getting about $2249. The 440 Source guys know their stuff, and have nice custom heads for reasonable prices, and you will need some good heads for a stroker to breath. Edlebrock also has some nice heads for street and strip. I like Eagle custom cranks and rods and Diamond pistons usually come with those kits for aroung $2000. But, bottom line is what you are going to do with the car once it's stroked and ready. If you are racing you'll spend more money obviously. But, there is some nice equipment out there for street and strip at fair prices. Good luck!

Hello,The engine is already built,Dyno, and in the car. When I get home there about a week worth work left.I can't wait to get home, don't tell my wife that. LOL

Hello All, Well back from my vacation. We started back on the coronet and got a few things done. Console is done and ready to be installed thanks to wife gluing the carpet. The wheels and tires came the other day, side molding also came from Mcnickles and the console chrome also showed up from Dan's chroming.Patterson driveshafts in phillipburg Pa did an excellent job on my driveshaft.I had the front brakes all done, but the spindles were recalled and had to remove them and send them back.We decided to put wilwoods calipers and rotors back on the car because I can use the original spindles.(There no place like home)

Looks great Dave, I need to do that disc brake conversion myself on a 63 Belv.
Keep up the good work, not long now.

Is that an OEM radio or did you have it converted to AM/FM? If it was who did the conversion? Car is looking great!

Dave - great looking Coronet! Cheers for keeping the 426. I have a question: What size tires are you using on the front?
