When I finally was able contacted them about getting this item repaired or replaced they where VERY RUDE and they told me they "didn't care what I did with my jack" So I told them what "I would like to do with there Jack". CREWLINE TRIPLELIFT PART #482235 JUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Phone #1-800-423-3598 $T2eC16J,!zEE9s3!(HecBRShI38wKw~~60_57.jpg

How long have you had it and where do they sell them? I don't want to run into the same thing. I'll be in the market for a floor jack shortly. Thx

I didn't know hein werner was still in business. I have 2 of their jacks they are both over 40 years old and work great.

quite frankly that jack looks like junk just based on the picture.

SOME of the Hein Werner are good, but I prefer Lincoln (or their old name Walker). I use to sell some Hein Werner back in the day in the auto parts store and some of them were imported junk.

Walker/Lincoln like this one is what you want:

I got one in similar condition about 35 years ago, cleaned it up and put some new seals in it and it still works like a champ and is SOLID. I suspect it is > 50 years old now.

Interesting, looking at the new Hein Werner stuff it looks like they took over the Lincoln (Walker) Brand.

It just LOOKS cheaply-made. I wouldn't buy it, just based on that. Wonder what six-year-old slave kid in China put that jack together???
