Looks like a well maintained property. Value is relative. It all depends on what other homes that are comparable sell for in the area. Do like the garage though......

If getting out of the lease check your statelandlord /occupant laws, you may have an out... I had the buying a home /30day notice written into the last house I leased.
Also I believe Texas has a law where the lessor can only charge you one months termination fee or for only the months the house is unoccupied....but I would talk to them none the less...
