Test fitting the new fuel tank this afternoon. Couple of minor things to look at, but everything's looking good from here so far. I just have to take it back down and prep it for final installation now.

That's the plan...
My old one was in rough shape back when I pulled it at the start of the restoration, and it still is... in fact it's froze up at the moment. I plan to pull it apart and see what I have to work with here real soon. The one I have here at the moment has an old 489 case with 3.23 gears.

I made this tool to make lubricating the window regulators on my Charger a much easier job without having to disassemble anything. My inside window parts were in pretty good shape. Mostly just lacking grease, they were fortunately not crudded up with rust and greasy dirt, so I wanted to avoid having to disassemble the parts and risk breaking something. Got a used Braun toothbrush head and found that it screwed right on a camera tripod extension arm. The brush head bristles made it easy to get grease between the gear teeth, on the plastic roller wheels and inside all the tracks and channels. It was a bit time consuming, maybe 10 minutes to do the front windows and 15 to do the rear quarter windows, but it was able to reach everywhere without having to remove a single bolt and I got everything freshly lubed with white lithium grease...and a lot less work than having to remove a ton of bolts, parts, and finagle the regulator assemblies out of the top of the doors and rear quarters.
