Not to be a dick but as much as someone is willing to pay. The question of value is truly in the minds of the seller and they buyer. Some would say $10K whereas others might say $40K.. IMO I'd say somewhere between $25K and $35K with lots of variables (quality of build, whats under the paint, how good is the drive train, etc.).

You can always find people who will say $10K, but good luck finding someone who will actually sell you that car for $10k.
A big block E body, if it's a good as it looks, recreation or not.... I can certainly see folks asking $40k for a car like that if the condition is nice. Same goes with 68-70 Chargers, many even more $$$.

Build quality, as others said, is important. It's a slant six E body. Should all be done with good stuff, not Home Depot grade 3 bolts, etc.

That car is in Qatar and there are nice ones in Bahrain too. It's difficult to give the OP a Qatar market valuation using our price history range in the U.S.A. That being said, I might pay $30k USD here in the states for it; if in a nice condition and driven regularly. I wouldn't pay more than $21k USD since it has been sitting, not driven regularly, and not kept clean...it has been neglected.
        My best guess.

yup that's my worry , as its not been driven over the years and the car has been in Qatar for 6 years.

Not big on the post 70-71 Challengers but that's just me. 72 and later were geldings compared to the older brothers but this has promise .
If this cleans up like the pictures from 3 years ago, runs and drives, 20-25 grand. If it needs any body, paint, interior or drive train work the price should reflect this. As mentioned above "CASH" is king.

340 in 73 should be an H in the VIN

225 E body cars are the least valuable (obviously) so the value is in the build, and if someone can overlook the fact that it's an original six cyl car.

Most Mopar guys care, most others don't.

              perhaps it's a "G" in the VIN.

              very common mis-read

It might be "G". I believe the slants were eliminated form the option sheet, as others alluded to. Fender tag will tell the story. Maybe the OP can post a pic.

I would buy it if its a fair price, sharp looking and a head turner. Is it what you want and can you afford it is what it comes down to.I would go as high as $25 but thats me. Like I said cash talks. Good luck
