A road buckled like that about 2 miles from my home and the temps haven't even hit 100 yet! Don't know if anyone crashed but it happened pretty quickly because I had just went down the same road the day before and it was fine. Thing is, most of the pavement on this road is 56 years old! Hate driving on it because it's pretty rough and won't go down it with the Creep.

Had the pavement buckle over a 40 minute period. Was fine on the way home for lunch. I was really glad I was on the high side of the break going back. Eight inches at 55 mph would have done some damage.
