Weell, I'm not exactly a spring chicken these days and she's not that far behind me.....and so far neither of us think we stink....I thinkThat's right folks, gotta have some humor! I can relate with Dave as I've had more than my share with the woofers, but I'm done with all that garbage now, just too old to care anymore! Y'all will have an interesting revelation when you get old and see the reverse program...do you recall when you were young and the girls were stinky and had coodies? Hahaha, it happens when you get old too, they stink and look like the coodies ate them for lunch! Hahaha...
My X liked flowers too but with my allergies, we didn't mix too well with that. My present girl friend isn't into flowers and I'm fine with that!
She's not exactly new but our present relationship developed only recently and we both drive the speed limits at least.

Back then, I was into rock and roll, British Invasion, Motown, metal, etc. This was regarded as syrupy, sticky-icky, turn-the-radio-station-to-another-channel-now stuff. Yet, when I hear her angelic voice now, I hear one of the sweetest, best female vocalists I've ever heard.

I agree, and too expand. I think that her and Linda Ronstadt were the two best female vocalists of that era.

So far so good in that department but cutting down on the Bourbon doesn't hurt nutin.
Yup....I liked Linda Ronstadt and still do.
You ain't wrong about that!! She does have a very nice voice but it wasn't what we wanted to hear back then.
