Original owner was 16(!) and special ordered it in Hazen, ND...dealer wasn't taking him seriously at 1st. Owned a bit over a year, got married, then sold it to cover move costs to AZ. Sold to a friend, he eventually lost track of it after a few...
Spring Fling car show this Sunday in the old town square of Leonardtown, MD. Forcast is well into the 60s, sunny, with ZERO chance of rain! Should have the square (and side streets) full of cars (400 to 500 entries). Easy rural drive to get there! Will have the 'Kansas Belle' proudly...
My '66 Belvedere came with the factory in dash clock. I sent it off to Instrument Services Inc. www.clocksandgauges.com for the quartz conversion.
My dilemma, the bulb receptacle(?) is missing from the end of the wire harness (Orange wire in middle of photo).
There are no slots in the...
Seems Disney is yet another corporation taking advantage of bringing in cheaper H-1B workers (foreigners on work visas) to substitute for Americans. To try and up profits they have quietly brought in foreigners to Orlando (vice transferring the jobs overseas) to replace the American...

'Pimp My Ride' Winners: Show Was Nearly Entirely Fake (Report)
The Pimp My Ride show should have come with an asterisk: Pimp My Ride* *but only so it appears pimped on television but in real life it barely functions slash could burst into flames.
Huffington Post spoke with...
A friend (who is originally from Buffalo) passed these on to me. :frozen tongue:
Regardless if they are current or older photos...Way more snow than I would ever want to deal with...especially once retired! :snow plow:
Watching "Garage Squad" on Velocity TV. They show up at someones house and help them get their stalled project back into a safe, drivable condition. Like the other shows, they have a team of folks, and they also work multiple days to get the work done, but this is actually believable!
I am looking for the linkage from the carb, back to the pivot on the rear of the intake manifold. I am working with a `66 Poly 318. Maybe a newer, or older, year will also work? What I really need is the slotted piece at the carb that screws onto the rod. Dumb *** me left the assembly in a...
So a younger guy at work asks me if I have jumper cables and can give him a jump start because he left his lights on...he's driving a Miata. I told him I did not, then inquired about the transmission. He said yes, it was manual. So I asked why he didn't just push start it. He had no idea...
Since my `66 Belvedere II did not come with a sway bar, I plan to install an aftermarket one up front. From what I see, they are the same from `65 through `69? My question is for those who have installed an aftermarket sway bar on a car that did not come factory equipped with one: What brand...
Is anybody really surprised by this?

Other side effects include:
- Artificially drove used car prices up by reducing the amount of vehicles in the 'pool'

Just curious, why some posters obscure the license plate in a photo they post? If everybody sees it when the vehicle is on public roads...and at a carshow or other event, countless photos can/ are taken by random people and posted elsewhere, why go through the trouble? :edgy:
Over 350 cars at the show today. Not bad for a po-dunk town out in the sticks! Mopar representation was low, but the variety of cars and level of workmanship was very impressive. Something for all. Looks like the camera setting was higher res. than I thought. Will see how many I get in a post.
Realize this is somewhat short notice (next weekend) but it is a nice show, draws a couple hundred cars, in the historic part of Leonardtown, Maryland. Cars are parked in and around the old town square. Can come into the area via Rt,5 Rt4, or coming from VA, Rt 234 off HWY301. Easy to get in...
